Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Organizer

This giveaway is organized by Secret of Eden GmbH, Weinstraße 1C, 82140 Olching, Germany ("Organizer").

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By participating in this giveaway, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Eligibility

Participation is open only to natural persons who:

• are at least 18 years old at the time of entry, and
• have their residence in one of the following countries: Netherlands, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Germany, France, Finland, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Ireland, Denmark, Austria, Greece

Employees of the Organizer and anyone involved in the administration of this giveaway are excluded from participation.

4. Giveaway Period

Unless stated otherwise in the respective giveaway post, the giveaway begins upon publication of the relevant post on the Secret of Eden Instagram account and ends on the date and time stated in that post.

Entries submitted after the stated closing date will not be considered.

5. How to Enter

The specific participation requirements for each giveaway are described in the respective giveaway post published on the Secret of Eden Social Media account or in the linked giveaway notice.

Only entries that fully comply with the participation requirements stated for the respective giveaway will be considered.

Unless stated otherwise, only one entry per person will be counted.

6. Prize

The prize for each giveaway is described in the respective giveaway post published on the Secret of Eden Social Media account or in the linked giveaway notice.

Unless stated otherwise, the prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

7. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the giveaway has ended.

8. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted via direct message from @secretofeden.de on or after the end date.

If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, the Organizer reserves the right to select a new winner.

9. Disqualification

The Organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who:

• violate these Terms,
• provide false information,
• use fake accounts, duplicate accounts, bots, or automated methods,
• manipulate or attempt to manipulate the giveaway process.

10. Data Protection

Personal data will be processed only for the purpose of administering this giveaway, including verifying eligibility, contacting the winner, and delivering the prize.

11. Instagram Disclaimer

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By participating, each entrant releases Instagram from any responsibility related to this giveaway.

12. Liability

The Organizer is not responsible for technical failures, platform outages, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control that may affect participation in the giveaway.

13. Changes / Early Termination

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway if necessary for legitimate reasons, in particular in the event of technical issues, legal reasons, or circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control.

14. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany. Mandatory consumer protection laws of the participant’s country of residence remain unaffected, where applicable.
