Payment and Shipping

We ship to the following countries:

Germany
Belgium
Denmark
Finland
France
Greece
Ireland
Italy
Luxembourg
Netherlands
Austria

Czech Republic

Shipping is carried out by DHL or DHL Express and can be tracked using a tracking number. DHL Standard shipments within Germany are also subject to an age verification upon delivery.

The following conditions apply:

Shipping within Germany:

Shipping with DHL Standard costs a flat rate of €5.00 including VAT per order.
For orders with a value of €50.00 or more, DHL Standard shipping within Germany is free of charge.
Shipping with DHL Express DE costs a flat rate of €20.00 including VAT per order.

Free shipping for orders with a value of €50.00 or more applies exclusively to DHL Standard and does not apply to DHL Express DE.

Shipping to other EU Member States:

Shipping with DHL Standard costs a flat rate of €12.00 including VAT per order.

DHL Express Economy Select – Zone 1:
Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands

Shipping costs a flat rate of €22.00 including VAT per order.

DHL Express Economy Select – Zone 2:
Denmark and France

Shipping costs a flat rate of €24.00 including VAT per order.

DHL Express Economy Select – Zone 3:
Ireland, Italy, Spain and the Czech Republic

Shipping costs a flat rate of €26.00 including VAT per order.

DHL Express Economy Select – Zone 4:
Finland, Greece and Slovenia

Shipping costs a flat rate of €28.00 including VAT per order.

Delivery Times

Unless a different delivery time is stated in the respective offer, the following total delivery times apply:

DHL Standard:
Germany: 1–3 working days
Other EU Member States: 2–8 working days

DHL Express:
Germany (DHL Express DE): 1–2 working days
Other EU Member States (DHL Express Economy Select): 2–5 working days

For payments made in advance, the delivery period begins after you issue your payment instruction. For all other payment methods, the delivery period begins upon conclusion of the contract.
The stated total delivery times include a processing time of 0–1 business days. Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday. For the subsequent transit time, Monday to Friday are counted as business days; public holidays at the place of dispatch or destination are not included.
If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship the items together in one consignment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

Further Payment Details

Advance payment by bank transfer:
If you pay in advance, you will receive the payment information after completing your order. The invoice amount is due immediately. The order will be shipped after payment has been received. We reserve the ordered items for 14 days.

SEPA direct debit:
When paying by SEPA direct debit, you issue a SEPA direct debit mandate. The invoice amount will be collected from the bank account you provide. You will be informed of the amount and collection date in advance.
