Payment and Shipping

We ship to the following countries:

Austria
Belgium
Czech Republic
Denmark
Finland
France
Germany
Greece
Ireland
Italy
Luxembourg
Netherlands
Slovenia
Spain

Shipments are always made as insured packages with a traceable shipping route via DHL, including an age verification check.

The following conditions apply:

Within Germany:

We charge a flat shipping fee of €5.00 (including VAT) per order.
For orders of €50.00 or more, shipping is free of charge.

To other EU member states:

We charge a flat shipping fee of €12.00 (including VAT) per order.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of goods within Germany takes place within 2 - 5 days after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction). To other countries, shipping may be delayed by a few days.
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.

Further Details on Payment

When paying by SEPA direct debit, you authorize us with a corresponding SEPA mandate to collect the invoice amount from the specified account.
You will receive a pre-notification (Pre-Notification) at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit. Please ensure that the account has sufficient funds on the announced date.
